Porter five forces model.

Three generic strategies.

on this chapter, im very interested with the perter 5 force model because its explain on the business rival such as buyer power where if buyer power is high, they can force a company and its competitors to compete on price. Second rivals is supplier power where if supplier power is high it can directly influence the industry. third, threat of substitute products is high if the is many alternative product in market and vice versa. Fourth is threat of new entrants is high when it is easy to enter the market and vice versa. Lastly rivalry among existing competitors is high when competition is fierce in a market and vice versa.
